From the early morning hours, an army of dedicated men from the Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlán can be seen hard at work. With ladders, lights, and flowers in hand, they carefully begin to dress and adorn the square — assembling monumental Catrina figures, arranging marigolds, and preparing altars that will soon glow with hundreds of candles. 🕯️🌸
